I HAVE NEVER USED YOU BEFORE, WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR NEW CLIENTS?
It's best if we organise a free meet & greet to have a quick chat about your pet and what you need. A short form will then need to be filled in which details info about your pet; such as allergies, behaviour, habits, and vital information.
ARE YOU INSURED TO LOOK AFTER MY PET(S)?
Yes I hold a pet sitting & dog walking specific insurance policy, I am happy to show this on request. This covers
Animals in transit
Lost or theft of keys
Public liability
Care, custody and control of animals
HOW MANY DOGS CAN YOU WALK AT ONCE?
I am insured to take up to 6 dogs, but most of the walks will be smaller groups of 4
CAN YOU GIVE ME REGULAR UPDATES ON MY PETS?
Yes! I will always send you daily updates (including pictures) about how your dog got on. Either through text, Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger or email
DO I HAVE TO GIVE YOU MY HOUSE KEYS?
If you would like your dog walked while you're at work, or for me to visit while you're not home, then I'll need some kind of access to collect your dog. This usually comes in the form of a spare key.There is absolutely no need to be worried about giving me a key, I am DBS checked and fully insured should a key go missing in my care.
CAN YOU ADMINISTER PET MEDICATION?
Yes, I have experience giving oral medications to cats and dogs - this is something I will ask you to show me during our initial meet & greet and to leave clear instructions with the medication
